New Perceptions Intro

For two years I worked on New Perceptions, the worship service telecast from Pioneer Memorial Church. It was a great experience getting to work with the dedicated team of students and professionals who broadcast this from Andrews University each week. Working on this I was able to run a mobile camera for a year and then direct for a year.

High school was a great time for exploring video and different ideas surrounding video. One project I was heavily involved in was the end of the year video called Kaleidoscope. For the intro credits, we got creative with lights and music and made a sweet little montage.

From the guys that brought YouTube “Ebay Bay” and “Ruffel Back Boy” came the next big hit “Ring Tone Rapper.” This music video was created by Million and B-Phraze to protest the 10-billion-dollar ring tone market in the United States. The music video was a hit and has nearly 40,000 hits on YouTube.
